The EU are calling for evidence towards an initiative to include new drug precursors in the EU drug precursors’ legislation.
The proposed regulation would include 148 ‘designer precursors’ identified (and controlled at a national level) by the Netherlands. The aim is to tackle proliferation of ‘designer precursor’ chemicals that have no legitimate use except research and development.
