Feb-March Legislation updates round up

February and March have been a busy time for updates.

France, USA, Italy, Ireland, Brazil, Denmark and Japan have all added new substances (78 in total) plus derivatives to their respective controlled drug legislation. In the case of the USA, several of these are Fentanyl analogues, which are already controlled via the 2018 generic statement on Fentanyl substances within the Controlled Substances Act. To get full details on all these updates login to your Controlled Substances account and go to legislation alerts. Or rescan your chemicals or check your Controlled status change report to see the impact on your chemical libraries.
